VETTEQ / STRATEGY + MARKETING DELIVERY

Building a brand
people could take part in.

A pet-care app has plenty of features to explain. The bigger task is showing where it fits into everyday life.

Pet Parent Collective recruitment creative: a clear audience, a reason to join and a practical invitation to contribute.

CARE HAPPENS BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS

From product features
to everyday relevance.

Working alongside VetTeQ’s founder and team, Lone Goat supported launch planning, product messaging, email marketing and clinic outreach. The work connected practical tools with a clear story: helping pet owners stay organised, notice changes and arrive better prepared for veterinary appointments.

The Pet Parent Collective creative brings the community side of that story into focus. It invites pet parents and creators to share honest feedback and real-life experiences, with a clear explanation of what they could contribute and what they would receive.

Behind the creative, newsletter delivery, HubSpot contact organisation, clinic outreach materials and paid-search planning brought strategy and hands-on support into the same process.

ASPECT ACCOUNTING / PAID SOCIAL PILOT

Good questions
get people thinking.

What will your bank balance be in 60 days? Is the business growing, or just getting busier? Accounting becomes a different conversation when it starts with something people need to know.

BEYOND WORD OF MOUTH

A practical test.
A clearer next move.

Aspect wanted to explore paid social as a way to reach business owners beyond its existing referral network. Lone Goat developed and managed a local Meta pilot for the Sea to Sky business community.

The creative focused on profitability, cash position and planning for the slow season. Campaign strategy, copy and creative, audience testing, ongoing management and reporting kept the work connected from the first question to the final review.

The pilot generated measurable website traffic and gave Aspect a starting point for future campaigns: messaging to build on, traffic-cost benchmarks and a clearer picture of what to measure next.
